FAQ

Is Groove only on iOS?

We’re starting with iOS as we launch in NYC. Event links can be viewed via browser so event goers can purchase tickets/rsvp via web if they do not have the app downloaded. Android and full web are coming soon.

Is there a cost to use Groove?

No — it’s free for organizers to create a profile and list events.
When tickets are sold through Groove, attendees pay a standard service fee on their purchase, similar to other ticketing platforms.

Do I have to use Groove for ticketing?

You can link your existing ticketing platform or sell tickets directly through Groove.

How long does set up take?

Just a few minutes to create a profile and add your first event.
